Never use their installation service. These people and the client service is completely incapable of doing anything right. We had to make 3 appointments to install properly what we ordered while losing a lot of time waiting on the line and explaining again and again what the problems are. Their sevice guys even destroyed some of our things while trying to install what we ordered. Horrible experience. It doesn’t worth your money or your time

My Samsung washing machine bought from Coolblue broke down after warranty, so we reached out and they connected us with an authorised repair service. All was done via Coolblue acting as an intermediary. It went ok at first, despite longer than indicated waiting times. When trouble arose and the repair service was not able to repair our appliance for many weeks, Coolblue response was always that they will look into that, try to help etc. Generally very pleasant people on the phone. Spoke to maybe 10 in total, next to even more emails exchanged. Unfortunately they did nothing, and only deceived us for weeks that they would offer some solutions after yet another repair visit failed. Extremely frustrated that we could not get any straight answers and some responses were bizarre (e.g. that we do not have warranty anymore, which was given from the start). I get that the failed repair service was not their responsibility, yet why mislead me into thinking they are going to do something about it puzzles me. A lot of time wasted and a very bad aftertaste.

Ordered new Sony headphones that came clearly used, with earwax stains (or I don't even want to know what they are), but the most shocking thing was. Inside one earbud, a cotton disk fell out with which they tried to wash the earbuds. This one is a return, and waiting for another NEW one to be sent. Hopefully this time it will be ok. Good thing it was a purchase for myself, but what if I order for a gift and there will be such a "surprise"?

An untrustworthy company which sells faulty goods (fail within 6 months) then offers only store credit rather than cash refund in breach of EU consumer laws. Customer service is non responsive. Suggest you purchase from coolblue only via credit card which offers you legal protection.

I was fan of Coolblue for a long time. But since they lost a package of mine (with their own bike-carriers) and did not solve that satisfactory i am not buying there anymore.
