Dutch Homemade Macarons, located on the Meent in Rotterdam, was a real treat for gourmets and lovers of delicious sweets. As the Rotterdam Balloon Company, we had the pleasure of providing the balloons at the Opening of this special store, where taste and quality were central.

One of the things that made Dutch Homemade Macarons unique was the quality and taste of their Premium Macarons. These stood out from the average macarons elsewhere in several ways. First of all, their size and weight stood out. They were significantly larger and heavier than the usual macarons found elsewhere. This meant more flavor and enjoyment in every bite.

As for the filling, they used a ganache made from chocolate, cream and fruit, resulting in an impressively delicious taste experience. These macarons were a feast for the senses and a real treat for the taste buds.

The store opened its doors on the Meent in Rotterdam in June 2021, located next to Café Van Zanten, in what was generally considered one of the nicest and most beautiful shopping streets in Rotterdam. Dutch Homemade Macarons invited customers to taste the difference and experience that their macarons were larger in size than the average variety, thanks to their special preparation method and the high content of almond flour.

In addition to their delicious macarons, Dutch Homemade also offered delicious ice cream, prepared in a traditional way, and high-quality chocolates from Centho Chocolates. And for those who loved coffee, the highest quality Nespresso coffee was available.

Unfortunately, the store is now closed, but the memory of the exceptionally tasty treats of Dutch Homemade Macarons lives on. It was a place where customers could enjoy exceptional sweets and where the Rotterdam Balloon Company could attend the festive Opening and contribute to the festivities with colorful balloons.
