Great value. Room was well equipped, hotel throughout is clean and freshly decorated. Easy walking from trainstation and main sights. Loved the arty reception and restaurant, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included was exceptionally good as well, large plate with fresh foods & artisan breads, good coffee.

The rooms are very quirky and small. For one night stay it was fine. There is no lift and the stairs are crazy. The soundproof of the window is zero, so if you cannot sleep in noise, dont book this hotel. Its on a party street and people were loud there until 4am no kidding. Overall I could sleep, so I was happy, also they brought our luggage to the room, which was BIG help. The location is great, nearby to the museums.

We loved this funky hotel! Right in the middle of Rotterdam and fantastic restaurants all in one very busy street! Was a bit noisy until late at night but that added to the vibe of a fabulous city, very impressed with clean towels every day, We walked for miles enjoying a traditional city with a very modern one we loved it! The owner was brilliant and would definitely stay again

Stayed here for two nights. Loved my tiny tiny room - comfy bed and great location. Yes there’s noise until past midnight from neighbouring bars every night, but it’s just the street sounds of music and people talking - nothing rowdy. It’s a kind of groovy hubbub. Although yes it did keep me awake so I didn’t sleep well here. This isn’t the fault of the hotel so you can’t criticise them for that. The cafe part of the hotel has lovely staff and nice coffee and croissants etc. I went for a cooked breakfast on my first morning which was over salted so that I couldn’t finish it so that’s why I’m four stars not five.
