Gastrobar ELVY by NHOW Rotterdam

Nhow Rotterdam is a beautiful hotel with an equally beautiful rooftop bar and terrace called Gastrobar ELVY. Located on the Wilhelmina Pier, the terrace offers a breathtaking view over the water, the Erasmus Bridge and the Rotterdam skyline.

Although nhow's roof terrace has existed for quite some time, it was upgraded in 2019 and transformed into Gastrobar ELVY. Here you can enjoy flavors from all over the world, with a clear Rotterdam twist, both inside and outside on the stylish roof terrace.

The ELVY menu is filled with small dishes perfect for sharing, ranging from Poké Bowls and Vongole on Toast to several vegetarian options like the Carrot Hot Dog. To accompany the snacks (or just on their own), the rooftop bar also offers a selection of fantastic and creative signature cocktails.

Trendy and cosmopolitan in design and atmosphere, the ELVY rooftop bar is open to everyone every day. Come by for a sunny lunch, refined after-work drinks or an evening atmosphere while looking out over sparkling Rotterdam.

Please note that reservations are not possible for the roof terrace, but are recommended for the indoor restaurant.

Euromast

The slogan 'top of the city' fits perfectly with the Euromast, because this is truly the place for the most impressive views of Rotterdam.

Easily spotted from a distance, the 185-metre-high tower is home to several locations and attractions where you can enjoy the view: take the Euroscope panoramic lift all the way to the top, go abseiling from 100 meters high, or sleep with a view in one of the suites. But best of all, there is both a rooftop restaurant and a pop-up rooftop bar.

The Euromast Brasserie restaurant is open daily and all year round and serves culinary surprises and refined drinks during brunch, lunch, high tea, high wine or dinner.

From early July to early September, one of the terraces also turns into the Euromast Rooftop Bar, by far the highest roof terrace in Rotterdam. Here you can enjoy the great views, a drink and snacks in a comfortable Laui Lounge beanbag.

To gain access to the restaurant and rooftop bar, you must purchase an entrance ticket for the Euromast (adults from €12.5). Reservations are possible (and recommended) for the restaurant, while availability for the rooftop bar is on a walk-in basis.

Nestled on top of the Groot Handelsgebouw you will discover The Rooftop at GHG, a colorful and sublime experience.

Rebuilt as a playground of adventure, the Rooftop concept includes interior seating, outdoor terraces, an immersive maze, a playful ribbon gallery, endless arcade games, food and beverage options, and breathtaking views of Rotterdam city center.

Fountain Rooftop

Fontein Rooftop is an exclusive and unique rooftop bar, named after the famous Hofplein fountain that is right in front of the door. This multi-storey location has a restaurant and café on the ground floor, including an outdoor terrace, and a special rooftop restaurant and bar.

Located on the 10th floor, Fontein Rooftop offers stunning views of almost all of Rotterdam, including the Markthal, Laurenskerk, Coolsingel and the Willemsbrug. However, the roof terrace is only accessible by reservation, allowing guests to experience a surprise menu and drinks on the outdoor terrace, all in an intimate atmosphere with fantastic views.

Reservations for Fontein Rooftop mean a full set menu experience, available Thursday through Saturday. Before the meal, guests are invited to start with a glass of champagne or a gin and tonic on the outdoor terrace.

A 5-course surprise menu will then be served in the indoor restaurant. This menu changes weekly and offers choices between meat, fish or vegetarian, accompanied by a complete wine pairing or half glasses. After dinner, guests can end the evening with a drink on the terrace.
