The best view in Rotterdam. We stayed there for couple of days and it was a really cool experience. I loved the rooms. Amazing view!!! Very tasty and good quality breakfasts. It was nice to take a bath. And visit sauna with an amazing view again! And location is great because you are next to the restaurants, close to the shopping area and just in front of the station. I really loved it.

After few stay in different hotel we finish by this one. The room was nice, we'll furnished and really confortable. The services like sauna or the breakfast were amazing, one of the best breakfast I had in my entire life (and I'm really picky). But the staff... They were amazing and make this stay from great to amazing!! Thanks to you all big shout-out to Yami but also everyone who interact with us they take care of our need and always try to improve our experience, I don't think I have experiment such a great services since so long, thanks you for everything you deserve way more than 5 stars!

super top place, great view of the skyline. I had a custom cocktail from the bartender Simone, I explained him my favorite flavors and he managed to create the perfect cocktail for me, well done Simone, I really enjoyed it. Maybe just one thing, you can add more food options, like toast or something like that

The hotel is very beautiful with a superb view unfortunately I think that if you are Belgian you are not very welcome. During my online Chek'in we can choose the floor (knowing that the site only offers available rooms) I therefore choose room 2101 on the 21st floor (the reservation is guaranteed, that's what is noted below of course) surprise when arriving at the hotel, we are on floor 12 with the only justification "the room is not guaranteed" why offer them then? We pay 235 euros including lunch for 1 night, the night knows how to pass under the boom boom of the DJ because yes the hotel has a nightclub on Saturday apparently. In addition to the TV which only has 2 French channels with the same program on repeat.... and what's more, we were cold all night, it was impossible to turn up the heating. The next day we arrive at breakfast, we are informed that we are not on the list, we tell him that we paid yesterday at reception, without any verification we are told ok, went there? So if we don't say it we would have to pay twice for breakfast? Finally, we were disappointed with the welcome. As for the hotel, it was very good.
