Went yesterday for a farewell of a friend of mine. The place is nice, beautiful and well decorated. Although in the end the place got really crowded, the service was still ok. We only have beers, so I cannot judge the food (the price is aligned with Wit's). The thing that really bothered me was the volume of the music. I mean, I understand that is a kind of a night club later, but later. When is 7 pm and people just wanna talk, you don't set the volume that high (and say it is a default volume). Would go back to enjoy the night club and see how it is, but for a regular beer and chat, if you go, don't sit inside.

Worst restaurant I ever visited. They let us eat food from the table and did not provide us with plates. When we ordere soup, it came in glasses without a spoon. Needed to wait 20 minutes for a beer. Gave us nog enough bread, afterwards they charged us extra for 3 dry slices of bread. Waiters were not very friendly either.

Service is very slow . Waiters do not notice you . Being on their outside terrace is nice in this notorious alive street . The aperol spritz is good . The sushi platters were very average . The crunchy salmon was fried rice and salmon too heavy too oily complete disaster to be honest . Food was disappointing . stick to having bites with your cocktail . Food taste was not worth money .

Nice big old building in a very well known bar area in Rotterdam. €5 to come in after 22h. We went for a drink and the bouncer at the entrance was awfully rude and unprofessional - when I didn’t know we had to pay to come in as it was my first time in the city. Music was good, it has different environments: a dance floor that gets busy after 1 am, the restaurant area and a little shoe-box mini club called Next downstairs, right next to the toilets. Service is appalling, with waiters taking forever to serve us -no queues, they were just chatting with each other, and very rude. Prices are expensive as expected but what it really shocked me fully was YOU HAVE TO PAY TO USE THEIR TOILET FACILITIES after 22h. You pay the entrance fee, the drinks AND TO GO TO THE TOILET? I’ve never seen anything like that! I personally need to use the toilet often for medical reasons and I found it incredible. I was livid. I tried to speak to the staff, and they told me that pay or leave. Great. XXI century and a place who serves drinks and foods CHARGES YOU to use their toilet facilities. On top of that you need to pay by cash. Who carries cash these days? Just to make it difficult, and of course the toilets weren’t cleaned! I was so angry, I left. It’s not about the money - its €0.50, but the principle! Avoid and go to nicer places.

Not only is this restaurant noisy and expensive, but the food is absolutely horrible. Paying 17 euros for a "hamburger" that is basically a deep fried chicken steak that you can have for cheaper at McDonald's is really a shame. You can also go for a Burrata Salad, a big bowl of rucola with a few tomatoes and a couple of small slides of burrata. Would absolutely not recommend the restaurant, even if you are hungry and desperate. Be aware that if you decide to go with this restaurant, you will have to wait a really long time for those delicious dishes to arrive.
