Friendly staff, good location. But most important.. shoes that feel like slippers, confortable yet good looking (at least many pairs). These shoes you buy for a long time, so the value to money is verry good.

No service, staff standing around chatting, one with a coat on decided to start cleaning when I wanted serving, other staff disappeared. They do not want business so they will not get my business.
