We went to FLIPP-MARA for our wedding lunch and had an amazing experience all around. The food was inspired, creative and delicious. The wine pairing was spot-on, made even better by the very enthusiastic and knowledgeable sommelier. Time between dishes, seating and price-quality ratio were all very good as well. Points for improvement? None.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. We chose the 5 courses-menu and had one person gluten-free and vegetarian which they performed incredibly well on. The dishes were perfectly sized. They looked amazing and tasted even better. Lovely and surprising combinations. The wine pairing was very well done (-the sommerlier is fantastic) and a hot recommendation too is the cheese platter which was SO good! Sweet dessert very tasty too which is worth mentioning as not many Dutch restaurants perform well here. Higher end restaurant with in my opinion a higher but fair price as to us - this was Michelin-star quality. Will definitly come back here, enjoyed it lots.

Sorry my review is 8 months late 😖 This is one of the best experiences I’ve had the pleasure of ever living. Fantastic food, chef is phenomenal, place deserves a Michelin star. Will absolutely go back if I’m lucky. Wish you all the best!

Great atmosphere, very experienced people, they really know how to treat you well. Oh and they have a wonderful bar where you can taste very special cocktails. Definitely recommended, I’d love to come back soon!

We were at the bar «On the rockx» yesterday, my wife had a gin-tonic and I had a signature “shibuya” cocktail, the bartender Askar also recommended me a cocktail “remember the Maine”, which was not on the menu but also had cherries in it, which I really liked. Everything was very tasty, great taco appetizers, we will definitely come back.
