At someones home

You can easily organize a baby shower at someone's home. For example, with the expectant mother herself, with her sister or with her parents, or with one of her friends at home. The living room is often the best place for the baby shower, but if the weather is nice, you can of course go outside in the garden, on the balcony or roof terrace. The advantage of celebrating a baby shower at home is that you don't have to stick to an end time and that the space costs you nothing. A disadvantage is that you have to do your own shopping and provide everyone with a snack and a drink. You can also spend extra costs on renting chairs and the necessary decoration in the house.

In a Restaurant or Café

Baby showers are also very often celebrated in Rotterdam restaurants and cafes.
