Well.....great place with fantastic cars. But I do not want to score the cars. They score themselves. The crew is the key. I have not seen such a nice people. Nice in the very natural way. The man downstairs wearing fancy suit with stripes today was extremely polite. It wasn't fake.
I have a 964 911 RS that I brought to Porsche Centrum Rotterdam for service and APK approval. The dealer did an amazing job with a thorough check and bringing the car back to mint condition. Then to my surprise, they also polished it inside and out. And the bill was 900 Euros less than was initially quoted and expected. When I arrived to pick up the car, Bastian Nederlof of Aftersales gave me a tour of the premises. I was impressed! Immaculate workplace, extremely well organized. Just unbelievably professional. And to top it all Bastian gave me a book of great trips to do in the Netherlands. This dealer sets the benchmark for car dealers and for that matter, any other after-sales service company. Hats off to them.
I called Noelle to test and buy a 911 Cabrio. She told me everything is fine and I that I should come the next Saturday. When I arrived there, I was sent home for the absurd reason that I am not yet 27 years old and that I do not have at least three years of drivers license. I showed my proof of income and even offered a deposit, but they still treated me unfairly because I was so young and Romanian. Porsche please sort out this unequal treatment across your customers. I will never return to you to but any car ever:(
