The inspiration for the dishes and ingredients comes directly from the rivers that flow through cities such as London, Paris, Lyon, Rome, Bilbao and Porto. This European journey has yielded a wealth of recipes, from age-old family recipes to dishes from travelers from far away places.

River Bar is the brainchild of Merijn Sips, Christiaan Bergers and Robin Bravenboer. From noon you can come here for a cup of coffee or a drink with a snack, or enjoy a delicious dinner inspired by the European rivers. The menu offers a range of options, from classic dishes to modern creations, with plenty of vegetarian choices and the option for a 'carte blanche' menu put together by the chefs.
