Great location and great hotel. Rooms are good size and have an excellent bed for comfortable sleep after long day at work. Restaurant is well staffed, well managed with good Varity of food , but not much options when it comes to cheese. The fruit selection is great.. Tea selection is great, though no more have tea on the table as used to be before. The hotel location is awesome with close proximity of major shopping are and train station. One down side is, parking is chargeable and it's not cheap - almost 30 euro per day. I'd recommend considering the room cost Vs giving the customer free or low cost parking since parking is almost empty every day. Other than that, I'd recommend this hotel anytime for a pleasant stay in Rotterdam

I have been here multiple times and that is for a reason. The location is very good, in the city center of Rotterdam. The rooms are very modern and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast is delicious with a lot of options and the staff is friendly. I can highly recommend and of course will return again!

The hotel room didn't not include any coffee maker or water bottles or items in the mini bar. When asked about water bottles, I was told "it is only given to executive rooms". Remember the hotel is rated 5 stars. The room safe was broken and I complained many times, but the maintenance never showed up. I will never book a room at this hotel.

Genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! The location is great, just a few minutes walk from Centraal Station; the rooms are large, comfortable and clean; but the best thing was the staff who without exception were friendly, cheerful and helpful beyond my expectations. Very impressive and worth every penny.
