This hotel is simply great. It’s located in the centre of Rotterdam just 10 minutes far by walk from the train station and within few minutes walk from the main shopping district. The staff is extremely helpful. Rooms are big and spacious and really well cleaned and depending. Our room was in one of the highest floors and had some really nice view. Bed was big, the mattress was great and the pillows also really comfy. The breakfast had really huge variety and everything was well heated and tasty. You could also order your omelette/eggs with ingredients of your choice. Definitely one of the best hotels we stayed at recently.
The beds are hard as a rock, feels like you’re sleeping on a wooden plank. Breakfast was mediocre (canned fruits), no minibar, have to pay €7,- extra (tray costs) to get some sparkling water to my room. Location was great, that’s the only good thing about this hotel. (Stayed in an executive room)
The room was good and the breakfast very delicious. But when I checked in at approx. 7:30 pm, there was no room available. The man at the reception was very friendly and told me that it was a caotic day, but it's not nice to wait 1h for a room in the evening. Not for this high price. Also there was no compensation for me and the other guests who had to wait...
The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Central Station and close to a Metro stop so it is easy to get around town.
Incredible hotel compared to its peers. Love the friendly checkin. Best part is how clean everything is. We have a suite for this visit and I am surprised at how large the rooms are compared to a competitor hotel we stayed at last time.
