We stayed over the Christmas period and had a fab visit. We stayed in a family suite which was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed and the apartment was very warm. The floor to ceiling windows give great views across the city and the building is in a very convenient central location for exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked through Expedia and there was a mix up with the booking. The staff at Urban Residence quickly resolved the issue. Recommended.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience, The lady at reception was amazing and so kind and welcoming I believe her name was (Mildred) .. she was very helpful and just a wonderful person! The family studio we had was perfect with and amazing view, clean and comfortable! Extremely happy with my stay here And will definitely return 😊

Lovely large family studio. Location is amazing right in the centre off all of the shops. Main bed was wonderfully comfortable. Sofa bed a little hard. Fantastic full kitchen. 2 sinks in the bathroom. Shower a little stiff to turn on and off but lovely and hot with good water pressure. Separate toilet. Lady on reception was extremely helpful and told us where there was an excellent supermarket (1 minute walk away) We had a wonderful mini-break in Rotterdam! Recommend Cannibale Royale restaurant.

Great location in the center of Rotterdam, the cleanliness of the rooms needs too much improvements, the receptionists are friendly and helpful, if you will stay in Rotterdam and you need the center of it then I’d recommend staying in Urban otherwise you can find other choices.
