We spend two nights at this hotel and it went super well! It was a birthday surprise trip for me and when he booked, my boyfriend mentioned that it was for my birthday and they made sure to give us a room with a pleasant view on the 7th floor! They even wrote a note for me and gave me a little gift; I really appreciated the effort. As for the room, it was nice and clean, the bathroom had a bath tub and everything that we needed in it. We also were offered the possibility to not have room cleaning service, in exchange for a free drink (p.p) and as we stayed for only 2 nights it did not bothered us and we were indeed offered 2 drinks of our choice (you can choose between a beer, a glass of wine, a hot beverage or a soft drink) ! In the lobby and throughout the day, guests are offered water (sparkling or not), candies, fruits and homemade iced tea! In the morning, you can even make yourself a coffee. (All that free of charge, ofc). Staff members were nice and very helpful, and they were always smiling and making sure that everything was okay for us. Finally, for the location, it is perfectly located in the center of Rotterdam, with trams passing nearby, so it is very accessible and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee places and things to do around the hotel! It is true that it can get noisy (especially at night), but we closed the window if we were bothered and it worked for us. I know that if I ever come back in Rotterdam, I will book another stay at this hotel as the first one went perfectly!

Absolutely disgraceful! By far the most appalling hotel experience I've ever encountered. I'd give zero stars if I could. Reserved and PREPAID for 4 rooms for a business trip. Booked a week in advance, only to be informed on arrival that half of our group wouldn't be accommodated because they didn’t “check-in on time”. Our rooms were sold out from under us to other guests despite our prior payment! Imagine working 10 hours at an event, arriving exhausted late at night, and being thrown out on a rainy night with nowhere to go. No apologies, no solutions. Instead, we got the ridiculous suggestion to wait in the lobby until 7 AM for a CHANCE at a room, and when asked if we'd certainly get one, we received a nonchalant “the sun could shine, it could rain”. Seriously? They pocketed 550 euros without even offering a refund. We had to resort to a 250-euro taxi to sleep in a bed for the night. If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid NH Hotel at all costs. A complete and utter disrespect for their customers.

Last night our bus has been cancelled. Just we walked away to find a good hotel. After checked 2-3 hotels, we found here. Their staffs were really nice and friendly. I didn’t have charger, i asked reception and they gave me charger . Their room service was perfect as well.

Bewahre of old rooms with Bugs , smell No AC. Street side low floor very noisy die to old windows. 70s standards. Upgrade rooms are okay. Not suitable for barrier free use. Breakfast room only accessible thru very steep stairs. Staff really snobby, unfriendly or both.. more to follow.

The hotel’s employees are very nice and helpful. The location is also amazing right in the center of the city however the rooms aren’t cleaned properly. I paid a lot for my room and received a small room with two single beds and dust everywhere. You could see the dust flying all around you once entering the room. This made we wonder whether the hotel rooms were cleaned at all besides towels and the bed. When room service came they only made up the bed but even this was done badly. Overall good hotel for the location and service but not for staying in your room for a long time.
