My friend said yes to the dress here - so far the service has been great and the shop is lovely and spacious with a lot of choice. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a nice experience trying dresses.

The lady who helped me pick/try on dresses found the most perfect dress for me. Like most wedding dresses (also in other shops), it was a bit pricey, but it was SO worth it. Their seamstress is amazing and made the dress fit like a glove (she really took the time in the last appointment to make any adjustments we wanted and even sewed some parts of the dress on me right on the spot). It was the most exquisite piece of tailored clothing I ever owned. Got so many compliments on the dress, which looked absolutely stunning.

Disappointment I arrived at the store with a friend and we were greeted by a friendly lady. However, when she saw my budget for the dress, she started denying certain things such as being able to take pictures at the dresses... pics were only allowed if I purchased the dress (how am I going to make a decision if taking pics is not possible?). Every other shop I have visited allowed me to take photos, so this was rather disappointing. What is funny is that the group in front of us was taking a LOT of pictures of the bride's different dresses, without being stopped by the seller. Another funny thing was that my friend kindly asked for a 2nd coffee and the lady told her that only one was allowed. In a store selling dresses of minimum EUR 1,600, I find it strange that only one coffee is allowed. Lastly, I told the lady that I needed to think about buying a dress I'd liked, and she told me I had 0 days to think about it, as it was too late to start manufacturing the dress (my wedding is still in 6 months' time...). Then she also told me that if I decided to buy it later, I would need to come back to the store and make another appointment. I know this is a selling technique, but it really backfired, as I live in Rotterdam so coming back is not a problem for me. What really made me say 'NO' to the dress was the 2nd coffee...I know it's ridiculous but I could not believe that the customer service only allows one coffee per person...If I knew I would have brought my own coffee :) Buying a wedding dress is also an experience in itself and unfortunately I did not have that at Weddings.

We were at a friends fitting and she looked absolutely fabulous. Two years ago i also bought my wedding dress from here a 22nd the staff were very helpfull in understanding what I wanted. My daughter also loved it!!
