The absolute pinnacle of sunglasses. Due to the predominance of sunglasses, you would think that you should not inquire about ordinary glasses in order to see well. On inquiry I was assured that prescription glasses can also be provided. Optics as a profession still exists there

I specially reserved sunglasses for the holidays and I asked them until what time they are open I arrived well before opening time they close because of Summer Carnival at least they could call me they didn't do that I think that is bad service at

Went to Akkerman Kruiskade this afternoon to buy sunglasses. However, upon arrival the staff was not friendly. For example, we were not greeted and only after 10 minutes of looking around were we asked if we needed help. The Turkish lady in question with a pink cardigan, which did not look representative by the way, spoke to us disinterestedly. She took the glasses in question from the shop window, but gave no further advice and continued to look around uninterested. In the end I decided to buy the sunglasses and she took the box without me knowing it was a show model. The employee again reacted irritated and went to polish and adjust the sunglasses, after which she immediately put the sunglasses in the box. I wanted to see the glasses myself again to make sure there were no scratches on them. It turned out that the sunglasses had not been cleaned completely and that there were even pieces of paper between the glasses. I made it clear that the sunglasses were still not clean, to which she angrily commented that it is normal. The employee then made another attempt to clean the glasses with difficulty. Due to the extremely poor service and how the employee handled glasses of almost 600 euros, I decided not to buy the sunglasses at Akkerman Kruiskade. Ridiculous that the staff treat their customers like this and couldn't get rid of an apology. Akkerman hire more professional and polite staff, then the customer will buy something again!
