I had an amazing experience at the usual Rotterdam! The room was cozy, clean , very good mattress, amazing shower, big TV screen, super nice hand soap and shower gel. It exceeded my expectations! Staff was super friendly and helpful. I asked to change my room and they did it straight away without asking questions. Super central location closed to many bars and restaurants and few minutes walk from the old harbour.

Great location, absolutely beautiful hotel with wonderful style. The staff was however not that friendly. This is limited to the people downstairs. The person who was cleaning was nice! There was an elder lady who got locked in the shower in our hallway. A safety button or a phone in the rooms would be handy. It took forever for help to come. I will return though, and I hope you take this feedback to heart.

Excellent ! Even better than I expected ! Ideally located, on a main street near transport and all types of shops and restaurants. We got the "Usual" room, the bed is extra comfy. The walls are sound-proofed. The room has all you may need. This hotel is detail oriented, congratulations to all the team that takes care of it ! It has been a while I didn't find a hotel in a EU city center with this quality for the same price range ! Calm, clean, comfortable, smiling staff and no weirdos around. Convenient for women and families. I recommend it 😊👍

The Usual is the ideal location for a weekend get away in Rotterdam. They have lockers for bagage storage upon early check-in or check-out, tasty breakfast and I really like the way they've consciously thought about their impact. Upon arriving there was some confusion with our reservation but they were very generous and helped smooth that over. So for good service and a nice get-away I would definitely come back here.

A fantastic space - the reception area is beautifully open plan, airy and full of light. The rooms were simple but very consciously designed, with a great shower and other amenities. The location is perfect for access to all areas of the city. Lastly the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, as was the automated online pre-check in information. I will definitely be staying at The Usual again, and cannot recommend it enough.
