At Kvik they have a passion for beautiful kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes in Danish design, all at a surprisingly affordable price.
They believe that everyone has the right to a stylish home with a simple design and an easy ordering process.
This has been their belief since Kvik was founded in 1983 by Knud Boel Troelsen in Jutland, Denmark.
Knud was a contractor who had for years heard complaints from his customers about the kitchen industry, such as long lead times, poor service, inefficient sales advice and high prices.
Knud believed that things could be done better and that customers wanted flexibility, quality and availability.
That's why he founded Kvik, with the promise of the highest quality materials, affordable prices and fast turnaround times that are kept to this day.
They have now also shifted their focus to sustainability, because they know that this is important for both themselves and their customers.
Their own production has become carbon positive in 2021 and they aim for this to apply to their entire range in 2025.

Had a very good experience with Kvik Keuken Alexandrium. The staff were very helpful from the initial design stage to final completion and installation. When any problems arose they quickly resolved them without any fuss or bother and went the extra mile to make sure that the kitchen delivered was as specified in the initial design stage. Would recommend to anybody wanting a good quality kitchen.

Unfortunately, the quality of the services is remarkably low. Our kitchen was supposed to be delivered in November 2021, but 50% of the items (cupboards/drawers) were defective. We were contacted by Kvik to amend the report they received from their technician because they couldn't figure out exactly what needs to be replaced. In December their technician visited us again to replace the defective items, but still the order from Kvik was not complete and some items were missing again. We were told that we will be contacted to arrange a new delivery and installation appointment. At this point, March 2022, our kitchen is still not finished. We contacted Kvik to ask why there is such a huge delay in their response and apparently they had forgotten about us. On top of that they requested from us to write down in an email what is still missing.. ridiculous communication between them and their subcontractors, as well as complete lack of professionalism towards their clients. I wouldn't recommend Kvik in Alexandrium to anyone.

Bought a really beautiful kitchen from Kvik. In terms of design, I am really very satisfied. And also the assembly was done very carefully and well. Communication was not always great. For example, the technician was wrongly scheduled and we ourselves had to indicate several times that we wanted a different oven. Pros: Price Quality Good mechanics Waste was collected afterwards Negatives: Communication All in all, the end result is the most important thing and we are very satisfied with that. Thank you!

We received excellent help from salesman Raymond in the store. He thinks along and is looking for the best for the customer! Our kitchen was installed last spring and we are very happy with it. The kitchen technician Serge installed everything neatly. Communication was also good and missing parts (in our case two cabinet fronts) were quickly delivered and installed. In short, top service!

DRAMATIC SERVICE! NEVER EXPERIENCED! One star is too many. Then you go for a kitchen worktop and the like. And then you are simply talked out of the store with negative stories about what can go wrong when choosing a kitchen worktop and other things... As if it was said, we don't want you to buy anything here. The gentleman was not willing to quietly go through everything, what the options and possibilities were. While I had taken the exact dimensions and layout on paper. No, you quoted some amounts off the cuff... without knowing the exact dimensions? And without listening to our wishes... For example, when I asked about options in terms of cranes, the answer I got was yes, I have 1000 cranes? Normal seller would ask what do you have in mind? And they keep emphasizing that they are better than Ikea and all other suppliers. Good story! If you don't want to be disappointed, try another KVIK branch/franchise.
