Normally sending balloons by balloon mail can be quite a hassle and it can take several days for the postman to deliver it to the recipient. After all, the mail only delivers the next day at the earliest. We deliver 24/7

If we really have to, we deliver 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee that we can accept any (urgent) order just like that. Everything depends on the availability of our drivers, the current stock, the time of ordering and the desired delivery time. Rush orders are only possible in consultation with and after mutual agreement between the customer and Rotterdam Balloon Company. We always reserve the right to refuse any assignment without reason.

We deliver throughout NL

We normally only deliver to Rotterdam, every day, even today, but if you really have to and no one else can help you, we will deliver balloons throughout the Netherlands! Then it no longer matters whether you live in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht or The Hague, we are happy to visit you to deliver your balloons. If you live outside these major cities, no problem! We also deliver to smaller towns and villages.

In addition, you often pay delivery costs for a last-minute rush order. The costs for having balloons delivered today depend on various factors such as the location where they need to be delivered and the time of ordering. As a rule... the earlier you order in the day, the greater the chance that it can still be included in the ride today and that we can still deliver free of charge within Rotterdam (provided we can go all day).

You will receive a non-binding offer via Whatsapp anyway, but you can use the following as a target price. For rush orders we charge 0.50 euros per kilometer (vice / versa) with a minimum of 25 euros. Outside office hours we charge double delivery costs.

Deadline

We don't have a deadline for ordering. If one of our colleagues is still awake, he or she will answer your Whatsapp. If not, it will happen immediately the next day, even on weekends. i.e. if you send us a Whatsapp in the middle of the night (just do it!), we usually answer it the next morning.
